This spring, ExpressJet Airlines will break off from Continental to begin operations as a stand alone carrier and passengers will be able to get athletic-minded traveler content on board.
"XJet" will target "under-served" markets with non-stop service on 50-seat planes. That's right, all routes will be non-stop. In the spirit of the Grammy Awards--what a fantastic show that was last Sunday night (no lip-synching, no gratuitous profanity/nudity, etc.)--we thought it would be fun to nominate a few of our favorite sweat tunes.
What makes a good workout song in our view? It must be motivating (slow tunes put us to sleep). It cannot be too long (6 minutes or more of any song is overkill). And, it has to be clean (profanity first thing in the a.m.
Athletic-minded skin takes a beating. Sweaty workouts, chlorinated pools, chafing winds, and the sun's UV rays, all contribute to the de-moisturizing and wrinkling of our epidermis; the skin's top layer. Now, I'm no skin care nut/expert; until a year or so ago, I didn't even know there was a difference between body and facial soap. Nowadays, I enjoy keeping my legal cap in the closet. But my law degree and 10 years of trial litigation experience often do come in handy in the business world and in personal matters.

Now that my spider bite has finally healed, I am making the come back to running. Since I?m no longer a full-time sponsored professional athlete with an unlimited shoe supply, I headed down to the sports store to check out some new running shoes. Until this point, I have been 'limited' to choosing from just one brand.
Wow, the number and array of available brands and features are mind boggling. The funny thing is that as a seasoned runner of over 20 years, I found myself making so many mistakes.
