We're proud to announce you will now find our 4th Canadian city on the site--Ottawa.

As the capital city of Canada, our staff enjoyed researching and visiting Ottawa for the first time.

Ottawa does not bustle as loudly as Washington D.C., but we were able to find several healthy hotels, a few appealing health clubs and lap pools, various Ottawa healthy restaurants, run routes, and retailers.
